1. Who We Are
L'intime is a brand operated by Lintime, MB, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania under registry code 307880595.

All references to "L'intime", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Lintime, MB.
2. What These Terms Cover
These terms govern your access to and use of lintimeintimates.com and any purchase you make through it, regardless of the device or location from which you access the site.
By browsing the site or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.
These terms apply to all product categories sold on this site, including any new categories introduced in the future.
3. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this site. The version of these terms in force at the time you place your order governs that order. We recommend reviewing these terms each time you make a purchase.
4. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, or natural material variation. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
We make no representations that products displayed on the site are available in all sizes, colours, or quantities at any given time.
Where a product is listed as a pre-order, it is not yet available for immediate dispatch. Payment is taken at the time of order. Estimated dispatch dates are indicative only and are not a contractual commitment. Should we be unable to fulfil a pre-order within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify you and issue a full refund. No further compensation will be due.
5. Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Prices include VAT where applicable under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and European Union VAT regulations.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the site at the moment you complete your purchase. We are not bound by any pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over and accept no liability for such charges.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract exists between you and MB Lintime until we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Failure of payment authorisation
- Product unavailability
- Shipping restrictions to your location
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. No further liability shall arise.
7. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may vary by region and may be updated from time to time.
All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details at any point.
In cases of suspected fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refuse future orders, and take appropriate legal action.
8. Delivery
We ship to destinations listed at checkout. Delivery to certain regions may be restricted or unavailable. We reserve the right to update our shipping destinations at any time.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We accept no liability for late delivery where such delays are caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or damaged due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
Where an order is returned to us due to failed delivery caused by the customer, we reserve the right to charge redelivery costs or deduct them from any refund issued.
9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these terms. Please read it in full before placing an order.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and understood the Returns & Refunds Policy and acknowledge the hygiene-sensitive nature of intimatewear and its implications for return eligibility under EU consumer law.
10. Hygiene & Product Nature
All products currently sold on lintimeintimates.com are intimatewear. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, intimatewear is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal where the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn or tried on.
This exemption will apply equally to any future product categories that fall within the same legal classification. For product categories where no hygiene exemption applies, standard EU consumer withdrawal rights will be honoured in full.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on lintimeintimates.com, including but not limited to the brand name L'intime, logo, typography, photography, copy, product designs, and visual identity, is the exclusive property of MB Lintime or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other user's use of it.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems, or any server connected to it.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem harmful to the site, the brand, or other users.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
MB Lintime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this site, any product purchased through it, or any interruption or unavailability of the site.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MB Lintime, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.
15. Third Party Links & Services
This site may contain links to third party websites or integrate third party services (such as payment providers or logistics partners). We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
16. Site Availability
We do not guarantee that this site will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify the site at any time without notice and without liability.
17. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these terms. By using this site you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or any purchase made through this site shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
EU consumers also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
19. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lintime, MB with respect to your use of this site and any purchase made through it. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
