Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final once the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn. This is standard practice for intimate wear and is in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
The only exceptions are:
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lintimeintimates.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item laid flat on a clean surface in natural light showing the full item
- A close-up photo clearly showing the fault, damage, or incorrect detail
- A photo of the packaging as received
- A photo of the hygiene seal showing its current state
- A short unboxing video (15–30 seconds) filmed in one continuous take without cuts, showing the sealed package, the opening of the package, and the item as received. The video must be filmed in good natural light and must clearly show the hygiene seal state at the moment of opening.
Each claim is reviewed individually. We do not guarantee outcomes in advance.
Unopened items If your item arrives with the hygiene seal fully intact and you wish to return it, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lintimeintimates.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item in its original packaging, unopened
- A close-up photo of the hygiene seal clearly showing it is fully intact and undamaged
- A photo of the outer packaging as received, showing the delivery label
- A short video (15–30 seconds) filmed in one continuous take without cuts, showing the sealed package from all sides and a close-up of the intact hygiene seal. The video must be filmed in good natural light.
Each case is assessed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a return or refund will be approved.
Refunds Where approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Important Claims submitted without the required photos and video will not be processed. All photos and video must be sent in the same email as your initial contact. All media must be clear, well lit, and unedited. Edited, filtered, or cut videos will not be accepted. Photos and video must show the item and packaging in full and must be filmed or taken at the time of the issue, not retrospectively.
