1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all European Union member states. We do not ship outside the European Union at this time. International shipping will be introduced in future.


2. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Barcelona, Spain. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. During pre-order periods, dispatch dates are communicated separately at the time of purchase.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish and Lithuanian public holidays.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Spain: 1–3 business days
  • France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 3–5 business days
  • Italy, Portugal: 3–5 business days
  • Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria: 4–6 business days
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and other EU member states: 5–7 business days

All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We do not accept liability for late delivery caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the European Union. No minimum order value applies.


5. Tracking

All orders are shipped with full tracking. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.


6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts caused by the customer, we reserve the right to charge redelivery costs or deduct them from any refund issued.


7. Failed Delivery & Uncollected Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery. If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier it may be returned to us. In such cases we reserve the right to charge redelivery costs.


8. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@lintimeintimates.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, tracking information, and photo and video evidence as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Each case is assessed individually. We do not guarantee outcomes in advance.


9. Customs & Taxes

All shipments within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. VAT is included in the product price where applicable.


10. Carrier

We work with trusted courier partners within the European Union. We reserve the right to select and change carriers at our discretion without prior notice. All carriers used provide full parcel tracking.


11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. The version published on lintimeintimates.com at the time of your order applies to that order.
